BykaTryka is the brand and trading name of MSS Vehicle Enterprises Ltd, the dealer for the 3 wheeled Piaggio chassis called APE 50 and APE TM in North London, Beds, Cambridgeshire, Essex and inclusive regions.

The people involved in BykaTryka

All of us are enthusiastic bike riders, enjoying the freedom of the roads and the unique advantages of being on two wheels. However since importing one of these Trikes we have become intimate with their unique properties. We continually amaze ourselves at the variety of uses to which they can be put. We are developing their potential for business.

Each of us have our own contributions to the business :

Sue has an eye for detail that cannot be matched, she is responsible for the smooth running of the offices.

Steve lives and breathes bikes and trikes. He runs the workshop and is responsible for all matters to do with the vehicles and motorcycle instruction.

Mike is the inspiration behind the company and leads the way towards new products and markets.

Lennon is the muscle behind the workshop, a tireless, determined worker who loves the challenges we are presented by our customers.

Each person involved in BykaTryka is in the unique position of having been regular riders of the Piaggio APE since before the new UK Piaggio distributorship was established late last year.

They have also been involved in the design of the Rafiki’s ‘pod’ putting them in the unique position of being experts on the vehicle. (Rafiki’s sell South African curry)

Particularly relevant to the customisation of the catering vehicles is Food Hygiene. We don’t take chances. Sue holds a NCFE certificate in Food Hygiene and Safety in addition to a Diploma in Mobile & Outside Catering. In addition all BykaTryka people hold the minimum of a Level 1 in Food Hygiene.
